Pricing is per person and all-inclusive of the hospitality, transport, and meals listed above.

• The Private Sanctuary (King): $2,950 The pinnacle of privacy with a King bed and private ensuite. (ONLY 1 LEFT!)

• The Private Sanctuary (Queen): $2,750 A beautiful, quiet suite for your own peace and restoration. (2 Available)

• The Private Duo Suite: $2,550 The perfect "friends' buyout." This is a private suite with two beds—booked as a pair so you have the space to yourselves. (SOLD OUT)

• The Social Bunk: $2,050 (Double Bed) / $1,850 (Single Bed) Boutique shared living for the social traveler. These rooms feature premium linens and spacious design. (1 Suite Available - 2 Doubles, 1 Single Remain)

 

Note: To prioritize a spacious experience, booking a Duo Suite removes spots from the Social Bunk inventory. If you have a specific room in mind, I recommend acting fast. There may be consideration for bedding sharing in a King Room to accommodate original 12 spots, if Private Duo is booked, contact us for adjusted per person pricing on this option.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Mark your calendar for the journey ahead. To ensure a seamless experience at our private villa, please note the following timeline:

• June 1, 2026: Registration Deadline. All guest spots must be reserved by this date to finalize our retreat roster.

• July 16, 2026: Mid-Point Installment. 50% of your remaining balance is due.

• October 18, 2026: Final Balance. All remaining payments must be completed to finalize our villa commitments.

• January 16–20, 2027: The Reset Retreat. Arrival in Playa Grande, Costa Rica!

 

Late Registration: Should spots remain available after June 1st, late registrants will be required to bring their account current with the July 16th installment milestone at the time of booking.

The Details

 

• Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred suite.

• Travel Protection: To ensure your investment is fully protected, comprehensive travel insurance (including "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage) we strongly encourage all guests purchase travel insurance.

• Cancellation: Due to our immediate financial commitments to the villa and local partners, all payments made toward the retreat balance are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend, your travel insurance provider will be your primary source for reimbursement.
