Do I need to have yoga experience?
No experience is needed, this is not a yoga retreat. All sessions are beginner-friendly and completely optional.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women attend solo, and the retreat is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and connected.

What airport should I fly into?
You’ll fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Private roundtrip transportation is included.

How do payments work?
A $500 deposit secures your spot, with flexible payment plans available for the remaining balance.

Are excursions included?
Optional excursions will be available at an additional cost and are not required. You are free to design your experience based on what feels best for you.

Registration Deadline: July 15, 2026
All guest spots should be reserved by this date.
Retreat Group Meet-Up: TBD
Once registration has closed we will be organizing a group meet-up either in-person or virtually to introduce everyone and go over some important details for our retreat.
Mid-Point Payment: July 16, 2026
50% of your remaining balance is due.
Final Payment: October 18, 2026
All remaining balances must be completed.
Retreat Dates: January 16–20, 2027
Arrival in Playa Grande, Costa Rica.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage, to protect your investment.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our commitments to the villa and local partners, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your travel insurance provider will be your primary source for reimbursement.
